Registration Fee

 

Registration fees include conference services, social events, refreshments during sessions, digital proceedings and necessary conference organizing costs (including VAT).

Early bird fees are valid only if the payment is processed until April 8, 2025.

Form of Payment

  • by Bank Wire Transfer
  • by Payment Card – online via secure payment service (credit or debit VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro cards are accepted)

 

Receipt (tax document) will be emailed when the payment is on the Conference account, hard copy of this document will be available on request at the Conference registration desk.

Payment details can be found in the Administration area after login.

For the prices and payments in CZK please contact Conference Secretariat. Tax document will be issued incl. all bank information (Information is different from those applicable to payments in EUR!).

Cancellations and Refunds

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (emailed or faxed) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference.

Registration cancellations will be accepted with a refund as follows:

  • before April 8, 2025 is subject to an administration charge of 40 EUR
  • from April 9 to April 27, 2025 — 50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to the conference account if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
  • on April 28, 2025 and later — no refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to the conference account if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)

 

The Conference organisers cannot be held responsible for registration cancellations if a Visa application is denied, also in that case the cancellation fees will be applied.

Name Change

Name change (substitution within the same company) should be reported in writing to Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 40 EUR will be charged for each name change after April 8, 2025.
