*confirmation letter of student status is required.

Registration fees include conference services, digital proceedings and necessary conference organizing costs (including VAT).

Form of Payment

  • by Bank Wire Transfer
  • by Payment Card – online via secure payment service (credit or debit VISA, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro cards are accepted)

Payment details could be found in online registration for the Conference.

Receipt (tax document) will be emailed when the payment is on the Conference account, hard copy of this document will be available at the Conference registration desk.

For prices and payments in CZK please contact Conference Secretariat. Tax document will be issued incl. all bank information (Information is different from those applicable to payments in EUR!).

Cancellations and Refunds

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing (emailed or faxed) to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. The following cancellation conditions apply

Registration cancellations will be accepted with a refund as follows:

  • before 14 August 2020 is subject to an administration charge of 30 EUR
  • from 15 August to 11 September 2020 — 50% refund (or 50% payment to be made to the conference account if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)
  • on 12 September 2020 and later — no refunds will be given (or 100% payment to be made to the conference account if fees not already paid at time of cancellation)

Name Change

Name change (substitution within the same company) should be reported in writing to Conference Secretariat. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change after 11 September 2020.
