Venue
The conference takes place in Grandior Hotel Prague Conference Center. The venue is located close to Prague city historical centre in a walking distance from railway stations, bus terminal or subway stations. Own garage parking is also available. Many attractions of the historical Prague Old Town, like Astronomical Clock on the Old Town Hall, Municipal House on Square of Republic or Charles Bridge, Powder Tower, Music Theatre Karlin and many others are in the immediate walking vicinity, making the conference centre a great choice for all travellers.

The EPE2025 organizers cannot intervene with Embassies abroad on behalf of any participant.
Formal invitation by conference organizers
Conference organizers are not able to provide you an invitation letter verified by the Foreign Police Inspectorate. We gladly provide you a formal invitation letter required for your stay. In such case contact us epe2025@epe-conference.eu and please provide us following information:

Formal invitation letter for visa purposes can only be sent to the participants who have completed the registration process.
Notice:
Conference organizers cannot be held responsible for registration cancellations if a Visa Application is denied. Also in this case the cancellation fees will be applied.

There are many hotels of various categories and at reasonable prices close to the conference venue.
You can book your room at the Hotel Grandior Prague (conference venue) at a discounted price, which is valid only if you book your room via this link CVUT2025 no later than on 26 April 2025.
A maximum of 4 nights at the discounted rate is available between 26 May and 30 May 2025.Click on the “change” button to select your dates.
The discounted price of 175 EUR per single or double room/night includes breakfast and VAT. The city tax of 50 CZK (approx. 2 EUR) per person and night is not included.
Notice:
From 27 April you can use the same link to book your room. However, the price is based on the hotel rate on that day and will be reduced by 10 % only.
