Cancellation Fees and Refunds (valid for bookings via Conference Secretariat)
In case of cancellation hotel booking 3 days and later before arrival or in case of no show, one night deposit will be charged (or one night deposit to be made to the conference account if hotel amount due not already paid at time of cancellation).

Non Refundable Bookings
The total amount of the booking is required. If cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
